Dayton Home Designs

Our fee for service is based on the amount of time spent working on the design. We charge by the hour. For a new custom home plan, the total fee typically amounts to between $1.00 and $2.00 per square foot of finished living area. Fees vary for additions and remodeling designs. We provide an initial consultation to clients interested in meeting with us to obtain more information on our design process and for us to give a better estimate for our services.
